A fellow athlete friend of mine, Ms. Determination, sometimes has to work 12 hour shifts at a time. She makes time to prep her meals twice a week and this is what 3-4 days of prepared meals looks like.
So when you think you’re busy, think about this. We are all busy and you’re the only one who can decide what you want to make time for. No excuses.

Week 1 : Day 1

B: Oatmeal, apple, peanut butter

S: Banana, snap peas

am: Bootcamp (45min)

Overall it was an OK day for having such a rough start (slept through alarm). Didn’t crave any treats and had little appetite for dinner.
